Basic Service

The Basic service is what most Immigration attorneys provide to their clients. The Basic service focuses on YOU (a Petitioner) and assists YOU in submitting your package to the USCIS for approval.

THE BASIC SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Initial Telephone Or In Person Consultation With The Attorney.

During the consultation the attorney will ask a series of questions about yourself as well as your Fiancee to gain a better understating of the case. The interview will allow the attorney to recognize and address any possible problems or unusual circumstances that may require special attention. It is our goal to recognize and deal with any problems prior to submitting the case so that the petition can be approved in the shortest time possible.

The Fiancee Visa Packet

You will receive a packet containing detailed instructions as to what documents and forms we will require in order to file your I-129F Petition. It will contain a detailed checklist so that you will be sure to supply us with everything we need the first time so there are no delays in filing your petition. The packet will save you weeks of trying to figure out what forms and supporting documentation you need to gather. Everything you will need in order to complete I-129F Petition will be detailed in the packet and the checklist! It is important that you read the packet, complete the checklist, and gather all the necessary documents and information for us to be able to serve you.

Preparation and Assembly of the I-129F Petition

Once we have received all the documents and information required from you, we will prepare the I-129F Petition. We will not submit an I-129F Petition until we are absolutely confident that there are no hidden pitfalls or problems that may cause the USCIS to "red flag" it and kick it out of the system. Our years of experience and knowledge of the system and the USCIS enable us to detect and solve any potential problems so that the petition that the USCIS receives is "clean" and will be processed in the fastest time possible. Once we are confident that the petition is ready for submission we will Express Mail it to you for your final signature. You will sign it as indicated by our instructions and place the petition in the enclosed self-addresses Express envelope back to our office. Once we receive the signed petition we will Express Mail it to the appropriate USCIS Service Center for processing.

Follow up once the Petition has been submitted:

We know this is an extremely important process for the both of you, which is why our job does not end with the submission of the packet. We will continue to monitor your petition until approval while your case is in the United States. We will keep you apprised of the progress as the petition advances. If the petition is not approved in a reasonable amount of time for the specific service center we will make inquires on your behalf as to the status of the petition. We are committed to getting you an approval in the shortest time possible. We will use all of our experience and knowledge in order to ensure that we do receive the Approval Notice form the USCIS in the shortest time possible.

Here are some recent testimonials we have received in reference to our service:

As you all know I was engaged in Nizhny Novgorod on our trip. When I returned I hired an attorney to do all the paperwork her name is Ms. Jones. Today I recieved the approval of that Visa from the INS, it now goes to the National Visa Center for processing which will take approx. 2 weeks, from there Marina will have her interview in Moscow and then come here.

I hope each of you have as an easy time of it as I have had ! The Attorney made all the Difference!
